Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS ground or Fedex ground at our discretion. Shipping fees will be added to your final total. Your merchandise will be shipped in 2 to 3 days. We ship within the United States (not to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or FPO addresses) and Canada only at this time. The following shipping charges are good for United States customers only.

Returns:
Babykins provides our customers with the high quality products and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We do not charge restock fee.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please simply send us an email info@babykinsline.com in 14 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 14 days.
If you return an item after the 14 days, without an Return Authorization Number (RAN), and/or Babykins suspects an item has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.
Upon receipt of your approved return, Babykins will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. (Shipping costs can not be refunded by Babykins. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.) We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
